Hi, I’m Jim.
I've spent decades helping executives and their teams lead bravely, as an investment banker, major law firm partner, chief financial officer and crisis advisor. I know what it takes to replace fear with forward momentum.
I learned that when leaders built brave leadership into the daily fabric of the organization, they saw breakthrough results, empowered teams, and greater innovation.
Throughout my career, I’ve advised Fortune 500 and other top companies as they faced their greatest moments of crisis.
During the crisis, they were brave, rose to the challenge and came out stronger.
But after it was over, status quo kicked back in and the company would resume playing it too safe, which would hamper sustained innovation and growth. Today, with AI speeding up everything, playing it safe is the fastest path to falling behind.
Today, my work helps leaders rally their organization around a brave vision and spark new levels of growth and success.
